The aroma is yeasty and spicy with lots of cloves, some pear, banana and wheat. Medium but watery body with a light sweetness and a light bitterness. The flavor is again yeast forward with cloves and more banana than the smell, distinct citric notes, wheat and some bread. Nice melange of fruity and spicy notes. Finishes with some wheat and some cloves. Overall a nice but not overly full yeast forward Weizen with a good drinkability. Aroma: 7 Appearance: 4 Taste: 6 Palate: 3 Overall: 12 Sunday, June 7, 2020

The aroma is lightly yeasty, lightly hoppy and lightly malty - bread, light doughy notes, light herbal hop presence. Medium body with a light to medium sweetness and a light bitterness. The flavor is lightly to medium malty with sweet grains, bread, light citric notes and some hay. Finishes with some grains and a very light hoppy bitterness. Aroma is light butter and grains, unfortunately this smoker's bar doesn't allow for more details. Body is light and over carbonated, strongly. Kills all the smoothness of a good ZKL. Flavour is watery, lots of CO2, hint of lemon and malt, light yeasty. Light bodied, very fizzy, very meh. The fact that they didn’t have any other beers on didn’t help either. In the glass, this one is blonde with a very carbonated body that feeds a soft, lathery white head. Zesty wheat and clean, cereal grain nose that delivers light, crisp notes.
