AssKicker	3.9 June Lake Hammer Time Bue à la pression à la brasserie. Couleur brune très foncée mais rougeoyante quand l lumière passe au travers. Mousse brune claire pas trop durable. Nez principalement sur le café, avec des notes de fèves de cacao en retrait. En bouche le chocolat est plus présent qu'au nez, mais se bat à arme égale avec le café. Le duo perdure longuement en bouche. Bonne rondeur, c'est très doux. L'alcool ne ressort pas vraiment. Sympa. Saturday, September 7, 2019
AssKicker	4.2 June Lake What the Fruit Bue à la pression à la brasserie. Couleur carmin de folie. Mousse éphémère. Au nez j'aurai dit framboise mais en fait non... Mais sinon oui, on sent le cassis, ou tout du moins les fruits rouges, ainsi que l'acidité. En bouche c'est très rond et doux, comme toutes les bières de chez June Lake Brewing, et c'est encore plus impressionnant dans une Berliner Weisse. Acidité légère mais suffisante. Là encore les fruits rouges ressortent bien. Quand on sait, le cassis et la grenade sont reconnaissables. Super top cool ! Saturday, September 7, 2019

En bouche c'est tout doux, ça coule tout seul dans le gosier. Là encore c'est bien sur l'ananas, mais tout en douceur. Carbo légère et fine. C'est propre, c'est léger, ça se voit tout seul. AssKicker	3.6 June Lake Carson Peak American Strong Bue à la pression à la brasserie. Couleur orangée trouble. Mousse durable. Nez caramel, toffee et pêche confite. En bouche c'est archi doux et bien épais et liquoreux. Là encore c'est très caramel, et pêche confite. L'alcool se fait pas mal sentir, ça tabasse clairement. Bonne amertume en fin de bouche. AssKicker	4.3 June Lake Bob Bob Bue à la pression à la brasserie. Couleur dorée voilée. Mousse qui fait le job. Nez sur la mangue, le caramel et le résineux. Idem en bouche, couplé à une bonne rondeur archi douce. C'est un peu sucrée, un peu alcooleux. Très bon équilibre global, très facile à boire et bonne présence en bouche. En bouche ce sont surtout les grains qui ressortent. Carbo faible, tout comme l'amertume qui tape un peu dur l'herbacé en fin de bouche. Bref, une bière de soif maltée qui fait le job.
