Quite heavy sweetness with a slight bitter edge. Light body, sticky, fizzy. Best of the 3 Gus got for me. Tuesday, January 16, 2024

Aroma is strawberry, strawberry purée, strawberry and cream sweets, malty edge. Very sweet, sticky and syrupy. Light body, clammy, a little fizzy. Tuesday, January 16, 2024

KoNrRiI	3 Murree Strong Special Brew 0.5 bottle @ Murree Brewery Clear, dark gold with a medium, thin head of poor retention. Aroma is a bit alcoholic, malty, metallic. The taste is surprisingly malty, with a touch of alcohol warmth, and a bit of a fruity/floral undertone. Light to medium, delicately thicker than standard, below average carbonation. Finish is medium long and pleasantly avoids the usual alcoholic bitterness and burn. Overall, unexpectedly decent. Saturday, September 12, 2020

KoNrRiI	2.5 Murree Stout 0.5 can @ home Very dark brown with a large but quickly diminishing, tanned head. Aroma of sweet malts, caramel, syrup, and a hint of smoke. Taste is sweet with a delicately bitter undertone which stops it from being cloying. Light, slick, soft. Finish is medium long and offers the same, syrupy experience. Overall, not a good beer, but it does not offend. Somewhat watery, more akin to tmavy, and a bit too simple, but acceptable considering the circumstances. Thursday, August 13, 2020

Finish is short and just as sweet. Overall, more of a syrup than beer, but it's still a miracle one can get it in this place. Points for being available. Friday, September 13, 2019
KoNrRiI	2.5 Murree's Wheat Beer 0.5 can @ home Cloudy, gold color with a rapidly diminishing head. Aroma of pale malts, delicate wheat and yeasts, nothing very definite. Taste is sweet, malty, spicy, somewhat wheaty. Medium, slick, soft. Finish is medium long and a bit off. Overall, my low assumptions concerning this brew were not exceeded, but seeing where it is produced and the scale of its potential market, it must be said it is still a drinkable and pleasant drink when chilled. Cimbasso	2 Murree Beer Bottle given to me by JMD - thanks Jan! Dark gold colour with a slight white head. Aroma is not bad with evidence of German-style barley malt. Taste has faded citrus flavours, some earthiness, and a touch of harsh bitterness at the end. Low carbonation and poor mouthfeel. The taste is a little bit dull and lacking in fresh qualities, but better than I was expecting from a Pakistani beer. Thursday, September 5, 2019
