Porterhouse An Brainblásta (Braonblásta) 3.1
50 cl. bottle. Low but lasting fluffy light brown head. Clear dark amber body. Acidic to sour fruity lemon aroma and flavor with a good deal of hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long bitter finish.

Porterhouse Plain Porter 3.4
Bottle. Black with beige head. Aroma of dark, roasted malts, coffee and a little chocolate. Flavour is slightly chocolate sweet with a roasted malty bitterness in the finish. Quite carbonated - a bit too much in my opinion. Still a decent beer, which could easily go as a session porter. I enjoyed this more though as a draget at Porterhouse, Dublin, as far as I can recall.

Porterhouse Plain Porter 3.6
Pours dark with fairly long lasting head. Strong malt character with taste of coffee and ash. Medium bitterness. The name says it all, so you get what you buy. Fairly good one though!

Porterhouse Red Ale 3.3
Mahogany colored beer with a thick foamy light tan head. Nose of unbaked bread, light caramel, and grass. Flavor is caramel, toasted nuts, and something a little soapy. This is followed by a waxy bitterness that lingers. I like the malt flavors; not crazy about the hops.

Porterhouse Wrasslers XXXX Stout 3.7
Black colour, it looks like old engine oil. Medium and stable head. Meidum intesive aroma of roasted malts, lots of dark chocolate, some dried fruits and hint of hops on background. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and medium dry. Pleasant dry finish. Medium to full body. Soft carbonation. Tasty, dry, full of flavours stout.

Porterhouse Louder 3.4
Mahogany color with beige head. Aroma is pretty weak, just some sweet malts and alcohol, also a bit tart. Taste starts slightly sweet with caramel malt but gets quickly bitter and hoppy. Earthy, resiny hops dominate the finish and linger in the aftertaste. Body is medium and slightly sticky. Not bad but it lacks some complexity.

Porterhouse Oyster Stout 2.5
W smaku dość pełne i gładkie. Słody palone bardziej wyczuwalne, pojawia się trochę lurowatej kawy, karmel i kakao. Goryczka niska, ziołowa i lekko ściągająca. Piwo pozostawia w ustach posmak palonego słonecznika.

Love the colour, totally sweet with the coffee and chocolate taste. Clearly a stout, with the thick roasted feel. Could have been heavier.

Nice malty aroma on this nearly black liquid. Smooth taste, I would prefer some more chocolate on this. Rather good brew with a suitable name, plain porter!

Porterhouse Oyster Stout 3.2

WYGLĄD: Barwa czarna, nieprzejrzyste. Piana drobno i średnio pęcherzykowa, krótka, oblepia szkło.
AROMAT: Średnio intensywny. Zapach ciemnych słodów. Kakao, delikatna paloność. W tle czuć ostrygi (lekko słony, morski zapach).
SMAK: Słodowe. Odrobina paloności. Lekko kwaskowe. Wodniste.
OGÓLNIE: Pewnie, gdyby nie te ostrygi byłoby to zupełnie przeciętne. Nadal takie jest, ale dodatkowo "specyficzne".

Porterhouse Plain Porter 3.6
Keg tap at the Porterhouse, Covent Garden. Dark brown, translucent, with a Guinnessy beige head. Roasted coffee, hazelnut, malt and nougat candy on the aroma. Bittersweet nutty taste with a strong hoppy bitter finish which stops just short of too much astringency. Espresso and black cherry in the aftertaste. Smooth palate. Too cold, but if you let it warm up a bit it allows the flavours to shine through. A decent keg porter.

Porterhouse Hop Head 3.2
Keg at Porterhouse, Covent Garden. Amber/copper, almost clear with a slight beige/khaki head. Caramel malt, resin and orange peel in the scent, with a hint of peppercorn. Sweet malty taste with some nice sticky hops.  Disappointingly short finish. Bitter lagery aftertaste. Too cold and too kegged, but there’s bags of potential here.
