Brasserie de la Côte Ange et Démon
I have found and purchased this bottle, the last year, at the comptoir that they went bankroupt. I have tasted and enjoying this bottle, the last year, october 2018, at Prélaz, Lausanne. This beer is better than the blanche and blonde version, acceptable IPA, with a copper/brown body and troubled, white foam, average carbonation.

Brasserie de la Côte La Vulcan
Name: Volcano; ABV:8.2; .33 bottle; hazy amber colour, minimal off white head, which disappears promptly leaving back only some very minimal lacing (or rather nothing); aroma of honeycomb toffee, dried fruits (berries, raisins and apricot, as well), some caramel, biscuits and floral (honey notes); taste of malty sweetness with honey notes, dried apricot, grape-seeds/juice/etc like and earthy-yeasty notes, as well as decent hoppyness; good one!

Brasserie de la Côte La Vulcan
I bought this bottle at la ferme du terroir. I drank it tonight at home. In my opinion, it is a correct beer, original for the style. The body is brown/orange, regular carbonation, a little bit sparkling, thin foam. The taste is a bit crazy, for example, there is a sensation to drink gun powder at the end. Overall, the taste is a bit sour, typical from this brewery, brown yeast, pepper side, apricot, plum, malt, some hop, some alcohol at the end, winning a good taste at the end of the bottle, good experience.

Brasserie de la Côte L'écume du Léman
I bought this bottle at the produit du terroir. I drank it at home during this hot day. This beer is special, you have some contrast with the taste. When you pour the beer you don’t have foam, the body is yellow-orange and troubled. You can smell the malt and there is a side of roggen beer, there is a note of plum and apricot, the final note is burnt and it is sour and watery, presence of piece of yeast. I drank this beer again at the Tulip party, at Morges. I could say that I was again a disappointed about this beer. The taste is unbalanced, tart and sour, lack of aromas, not enough coriander and orange peel, tasteof gases and copper at the final, not a success.

Brasserie de la Côte la Blonde
I bought this beer at les produits du terroir, Lausanne. It is not a typical lager that we could expect. It is an interesting beer, even though the sourness is strong at the tongue and for the final note. There are notes of malt, plum or grape, some hop and yeast. It is the kind of beer that you drink sometimes, the amber is better, in my point of view.

Brasserie de la Côte l'Ambrée
I bought this bottle at the produits du terroir, Lausanne. In my opinion, it is a regular beer. The body is red and brown, troubled. The carbonation is low, the taste is watery, nice touch of fruit or apricot, caramel, malt, few hop, white and thin foam. I drank it at Bonfol, a pity that the weather was sad.

Cloudy dark blond color, small head. Light aroma, maybe some pepper. Smooth mouthfeel, the beer flavor is nothing special, the hot character of the chili is not too strong, hence it blends well.
Drinkable.

Cloudy amber color; frothy head. The first smell is yeast. I’m sure this beer went through the unwanted fermentation in the bottle, which explains the dry mouthfeel, the high carbonation, the yeast presence, and the nasty vegetable and mint flavor.
Unpleasant beer, out of control; needs more quality control.

from Apothibières - pours a murky copper-orange beer with a little yet long lasting foam left; light estery and fruity aroma with a fair presence of chilipeppers; a fair carbonation and a solid malt backbone, a gentle sharpness takes the control over the malt sweetness, increases and lasts quite long in a dry, peppery and fruity finish - keeps a good balance; a good one

Brasserie de la Côte la Blonde
from Apothibières - murky blond beer under a long lasting and creamy white foam; nice lacework; hint of wort, raisins and flowers; solidly carbonated, medium-bodied, light chewy palate and mainly sweet; no bitterness; the aftertaste is perfumy with a lingering hint of sourness and more fruity tones (grapes come to mind again) - a less shyly nose would help to "drink sense"

330ml bottle served in a chalice glass. A: Pours a dark brown color forming very small beige head which dissipates quite quickly leaving almost no lacings S: Most probably the best part of this brew. Strong dark chocolate and roasted malts. Notes of licorice, dark fruits (mainly plums), caramel. Light notes of coffee T: Sweet and roasted upfront. Strong notes of dark chocolate, caramel, caramel malts, roasted malts, wood. A bit too sweet in the mouth. Good bitterness, mainly roastiness bitterness M: Heavy creamy and a bit molasses body. Low carbonation. Chocolaty aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Great beer but a little bit too sweet [ BA Review @ 6/2/2013 ]

Interesting brewery, went there with a couple of friends and had a chat with the brewmaster. The beer is like an Eastern beer from Het Anker, lote of liquorice root in the flavor but not much complexity. Still an interesting and unusual beer from a special brewery.

Bottle from Brasserie de la Côte- Hazy pale blond color, good white head, good lasting and lacing - Weird yeasty aroma (bad ester), you have to leave the beer in the glass a moment to start smelling something else, after that aroma is yeasty, malty, earthy hops - flavor malty earthy hops, quiet difficult the beer is overcabonated - light body, sweet, overcarbonated - the last time, this beer was better. This time it was really weird and not pleasant, next time perhaps

Dark brown color, near black, with generous compact head. Nice aroma of roasted malt, some bread, anise.
Dry but smooth mouthfeel; roasted malt flavor, a bit too much bread and the spice profile is leaning too much on the anise; the liquorice is also rather evident; correct bitterness.
The style is not my favorite, nevertheless the beer as usual is correctly brewed.
