A bit of melon and grape, too. Some sweet bready malt and toasted biscuit. A bit of dank on the back end and a moderate bitterness. Really nice balance of fruit, herbs, and general dankness. Has a really nice mandarin orange thing going on, but there’s also a lot of grass and aggressive citrus pith. Some grapefruit, lemon, and lime. Quite dry. Moderate bitterness on the finish. Expected this be super sweet like chocolate syrup, but there's more roast and coffee than anything. Big on cocoa powder and bitter baking chocolate. Some toast and toffee, too. Flavour is both very hoppy and malty, with big resinous hops, caramel malt and bready malt. Very hoppy but manages to be malt-driven without being sweet whatsoever.
