Pegas Albert Ale 12° 4.6
Výbornej škopek ovocné chutě s výrazně hořkým dozvukem, kterej se dá pocucávat všude a vždy, ale nejlíp chutná na lavičce před domovským podnikem "U Alberta" pod košatými stromy Špilasu...

Pegas Gold Speciální Polotmavý Ležák 16° 4.3
0,4l draught. Classical half-brown beer with rocky head what doesn’t disappear. Taste is quite simple, nice sweet malt, smoky (earthy) hop, and a lot of caramel thanks to the caramel malt. CO2 is ligh (it is OK for me)t, but foam is very right - i don’t understand. :)

33cl draught at Pegas. One of my best wheat, so it has the ordinary citrus odour light, hazy yellow colour, but very light Co2 and foam. Much sweeter than a lot of wheat, citrus is rather ripe ananas.

Karol
Pegas New Zeland IPA 14° 0.7
Tapped at Hostinec Richtar Jakub in Bratislava/Slovakia. Overall I think this was either a bad batch or the brewer simply overhopped it making it undrinkable. The aroma was nothing but a stench. Color clear golden amber, good stable head. Taste was an epic fail and nothing but a tasteless hop bomb that just bombed. I could not finish the glass, I had only a few sips. Fail.

Tapped at Le Senk in Bratislava/Slovakia. Overall just bitter malty watery kinda IPA, not a well done one. Aroma is weak - malty, head is good though, creamy and stable. It taste like a cream ale. Malty, bitter fruits, some cinamon or biscuits. Bitter hops finish. Not bad, but far from a standard IPA.

Pegas Pšeničné 2.8
0,50L on tap at Pegas brewpub in Brno. Hazy, dark golden colour with creamy white head, that dissipate soon. Waiter served us this beer with two slices of lemon, hidden under head, so aroma was mostly lemony. I tried beer this way and pull the lemon out. After two-three minutes I get some banana and wheat on nose, too. Taste starts slightly acidic and turns into light bitter at the end. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation. I’m still wondering, why lemon in the beer?

Pegas I.P.A. 13° 3.8
Tap at the brewery. Aroma is nicely hoppy, fruity, light ice cream maltiness. Orange, tangerine. Clear golden to copper colour. Heavy head, rather short duration. Taste is initially nicely caramelly candy malty, appropriately intense. Then hops kick in, moderate to high bitterness, fruity flavour with tangerine, orange peel, light pineapple. Fresh crisp impression with lingering bitter lightly resiny finish. Satisfying IPA, though I would probably cut the caramelly sweetness, which sort of accumulates while working through the glass.
