Aromat kwiatowy, słodu, lekko skoszonej, zgniłej trawy, siana, trochę jak stodoła, delikatne nachmielenie, karmel. Smak pierwszy plan to słód, w tle goryczka, do tego trochę ziół, karmelu. 3fourths	4.1 Wilde Rose Helles Draft at Hotel Wilde Rose in Bamberg. Sparkling gold with a fine white head. Aroma impression is lemon, pepper, herbs, toasted malt, honeysuckle and dandelion. Lightly sweet with suitable bitterness, this is a lip-smacking and clean Helles with lively effervescence, fluffy and filling the mouth, just about the perfect balance and mouthfeel you want for the style, with lovely malt and hop expression. Light bodied but with a plump cushion of carbonation and savory malt make it seem more medium-bodied. Finish is juicy and scrumptious with enjoyably subtle bitterness. That magical baked baguette Pilsner malt and lemon-y noble hop combination is done well here, plus it’s superbly clean and savory. Overall a stellar example of a classic Bavarian Helles that is the definition of "beauty in simplicity". Wednesday, November 18, 2015
3fourths	3.7 Wilde Rose Pils Draft at Hotel Wilde Rose in Bamberg. Sparkling gold with a white head. Hoppy aroma shows as pepper, lemon, persimmon; malt is backgrounded and comes across and faint toasted grain and aromatic warm baked bread. Light bodied and lightly sweet with high effervescence and medium+ bitterness that grips well in the finish as malt sugar is washed away. Clean and juicy and hoppy but it lacks the rich maltiness of the Helles. Wednesday, November 18, 2015

Mild rezent, vollmundig. Abgang orangenfruchtig-hopfenherb mit schwach harziger Bittere. Ausreichend herber Nachtrunk. - Eigenwillig herb-süßes gehopftes Kellerbier, nicht völlig überzeugend.
