Aroma is light roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, liquorice, dark fruits, slight coffee and ashy edge. Medium sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. In the beginning, its roasted malt tastes the most, but later the taste contributes with slightly sweet dark chocolate which in turn is carried on to light taste of coffee and a little smoke. TorbenJensen	3 Hansens Weizen Lovely unfiltered hefeweizen with good aroma of yeast. The taste is not like the typical Bavarian hefeweizen where the taste of the mature banana is more prominent. On the other hand, this hefeweizen has more acidic taste of wheat, light citrus and partly full-bodied bitter bitterness. The carbonation is medium and it is a lovely thirst-quenching wheat beer. BlackHaddock	3.4 Hansens Schwarzbier 0.4 litre glass at the brewery on 28th Oct 2018. Lovely dark brown body, slight ruby hue to it, on top a smooth tanned blanket of foam. Malty little number all round really, not a lot happening in the hop department with the malty molasses taking complete control. Must be some hops about though because the sweetness doesn't run riot and even calms down mid sip. Liked this. Saturday, November 3, 2018

Grainy nature to the nose and taste, lightly hopped with a floral and mild citrus leaning if you sniff and sip slowly/deeply. Pleasant enough, but without getting me excited. Taste is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, minerals, yeast, hay, caramel malts, sap, body lotion, paper, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh grassy mouthfeel. Meh!
