kanaclane	3.2 Chapelle Northmæn Bière de Noël Nez: Malté, caramel, épicé, fruits secs Bouche: Malté, caramel, datte, épicé Une "Bière de Noël" de couleur caramel avec une mousse blanche et une carbonatation modérée. Au nez, les notes maltées sont très présentes avec des notes de caramel et de fruits secs. En fin d'olfaction, des notes épicées viennent se mélanger aux notes maltées. En bouche, l'attaque est sur des notes maltées et de caramel. Des notes de dattes arrivent rapidement pour rester longuement en bouche et y rester longuement. Dans le final, des notes épicées ainsi qu'une légère astringence viennent s'ajouter aux notes de dattes. Avis: Une bière agréable à boire. Saturday, January 8, 2022

kanaclane	3.4 Chapelle La Belle au Bûcher Nez: Fumée, terreux Bouche: Caramel, fumée, terreux Une "Bière Ambrée Fumée au bois de hêtre" de couleur brune claire avec une grosse mousse avec une grosse rétention et une forte carbonatation. Au nez, les notes fumées sont omniprésentes avec une pointe terreuse. En bouche, l'attaque est sur des notes de caramel. Des notes terreuses arrivent par la suite avant de laisser place au côté fumé qui emporte le tout pour rester longuement en bouche. Avis: Une bière fumée pour les initier.
