rolickstamp293	3.4 Koikawa Black Koigawa Tokubetsu Junmai Glass from a 1.8 L. botelski. Clear colour. Strong aroma of rice and alco fumes, fruity rice, light anise note. Flavour is smooth with a well present rice fruitiness along with alco notes and mild anise notes too. Pleasant. Tuesday, July 23, 2019
Bottman	4.5 Koi No Kawa (River of Love) Junmai Ginjo Sake A touch pricy at $17 for a champagne flute but well worth it. Appearance: Clean and clear, the color of a very pale Sauvignon Blanc. Aroma: Very crisp with pronounced pear and apricot notes. Hints of tobacco. Taste: Comparable to Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Earthy with apricot and lime flavors. Palate: Medium bodied but airy, clean, and crisp. A wonderful sake and quite vinous in most respects. Monday, May 19, 2008
