Vinos Firehouse Pale Ale
Keg @ Vinoís. Light amber pour with a small white head. Pretty malty nose. Definitely seems a bit tired and old. Some cardboard and caramel. The taste is similarly tired. Boiled grain and syrupy apple juice. Not much in the way of hops here. Medium body, soft carbonation. Meh.

Vinos Lazyboy Stout
Deep black pour with a thin light beige head. The nose is of roasted black malts and a touch of smokey coffee. The taste is rich and deep with lots of chocolaty sweetness and a touch of smokey caramel, with some vanilla-ish coffee roastiness throughout. Nicely complex, even though it tastes like they were trying to be simple with it. A little light but nicely rounded.

Vinos Pinnacle IPA
Clear copperish with a thin foamy/rocky white head. The nose has a ton of caramel but also a ton of pine resin and grapefruit rind zest. Smells a lot like weed too. Taste is nice and citrusy sweet at the start with a little piney/floral bitterness, leading into a chewy grainy caramalt tone. Finishes with a kiss of nutty toffee with, also, some grassiness.

Vinos Saison
Semi clear gold with a thin white cap. Nose immediately has a spot of bubblegum and clove with hay and sweet blonde malts with a bit of dusty Belgian funk. The flavor is nice and grainy blonde with a certain chewiness, some dull lemon zest, and a creamy pilsner malt/Belgian fruitiness. Really neat and clean.

Clear crayon orange with a thin foamy white head. Smells like a good cracker malt-sweet grainy toffee marzen. The flavor is spot on and a bit fuller than I was expecting. Nice toasted English muffin flavor with a bit of clean grains and chewy toffee nuttiness. Very nicely done!

Vinos Firehouse Pale Ale
Clear amber with a thin white foamy head. The nose is a bit hard to detect but thereís a nice calm citrus hoppiness. The flavor is light and clean with a biscuity pale malt body and a clean and balanced/low bitterness with a little leafy tone. Itís a bit forgettable and light, perhaps made for the generic beer crowd without stooping to the pale lager level.

Vinos 6 Bridges Cream Ale
Hazy tangerine gold with a thin cap head. The nose is slightly wheaty and a little earthy green grassy. The taste is like a decent wheat beer, with mild biscuity doughiness, mixed with a decent amber ale, with chewy grainy pale toffee and crystal malts. A bit biscuity and chewy overall.

Vinos Lights Out Imperial Dark IPA
Served in a 11 oz. Bavarian style pilsner glass. Thin head with a pitch black body. Smell of roasted/toasted malt with a hint of chocolate. Really nice. Taste has a good roasted malt and cream to it. Bitter bite in the middle to end. Finishes with a mix of dry bitterness and chocolate. Thicker body with low carbonation. Really enjoyable and drank like a lower ABV beer.

Vinos Kiltlifter Scotch Ale
On tap at the brewpub in Little Rock, AR. Pours a deeper brown colored body with a ruby hue. Finger-width, creamy, light brown head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is clean, medium sweet toffee with a light brown sugar, some earth, touches of honey, a few darker fruit esters, and a touch of roast. Flavor is similar. Clean, medium sweet toffee and caramel with a very light bread. Some fruity esters in the middle with an earthy balance as well as touches of honey and brown sugar before this finishes dry, earthy and grassy, lightly bitter, and faintly roasted with a balancing, light malt sweetness and fruity ester. Lengthy aftertaste following a smooth, medium-light body and a medium-light carbonation. Overall, a pretty decent Scotch Ale. Not the biggest in body or overly robust, but balanced and flavorful. Good beer.

Vinos Lights Out Imperial Dark IPA
On tap at the brewpub in Little Rock, AR. Pours a black body with a finger-width, dense and creamy, dark brown head that dissipates slowly and leaves lots of lacing. Aroma is richer chocolates with floral grapefruits and citruses, some light pine resins, a bit of an earthiness, and a nice roast backing. Flavor is similar. Lots of citrus grapefruits with a bit of a juiciness up front with some florals and a solid chocolate backing. Light pine resins and a moderate roast comes in before this finishes dry, pretty earthy, and moderately bitter with some nice citruses, roasts, and a light sweetness. Lengthy aftertaste following a soft, smooth, medium body and a very soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty damn good Black IPA and hands down the best beer Iíve had from Vinoís to date. Lots of citruses, a nice roast and chocolate balance, and a firm earthy bitterness. This new brewer is starting to dial in this system nicely. Well done.

Aroma is lightly sweetened caramels, hints of nuts and chocolate, and a light earth. Flavor is solid. Lightly sweetened caramels with touches of nuts and a light oat smoothness. Vinos Octoberfest
On tap at the brewpub in Little Rock, AR as "Oktoberfest." Pours a clear, rich, dark copper colored body with some ruby hues. Finger-width, creamy, tan head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is a bit thin with some grainy, lightly sweetened caramels. A touch of grass and toast. Flavor is much better. Lightly sweetened, grainy bready malts up front before a nice toasted caramel comes in. A few hints of fruit before this finishes with a nice, light-medium grassy bitterness and slightly toasted sweetness. Lengthy aftertaste following a light body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, a bit thin on the aroma and body, but a nicely flavored Oktoberfest. Very pretty looking in the glass and enjoyable.

Vinos Saison du Ruche
On tap at the brewpub in Little Rock, AR. Pours a cloudy, orange-gold colored body with a finger-width, frothy, off-white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is solid with a moderate spicing, some citrus fruits, a lightly sweetened bready malt backing, a touch of phenol, and a bit more pepper that comes out as this warms. Flavor is similar. Light peppery yeast and fruity citrus up front with a lightly sweetened bready malt backing. A hint of phenol, a bit of an increased pepper, and a very light grass as this finishes smooth, clean, somewhat fruity, and lightly bitter with a light spiciness. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a medium-light body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, a very pleasant surprise from Vinoís. Not overly complex and still served with a lame carbonation like the rest of their beers, but pretty tasty with no apparent flaws. Not bad at all.

Vinos Pinnacle IPA
On tap at Vinoís. Dark copper color, excellent lacing, no aroma, really. Head fades to an irregular frisbee. Not my favorite IPA, but a passable attempt. Itís one-trick pony, not very complex. The taste profile that is there, however, is pretty good! It goes just fine with the pizza!

Vinos Rock Island Steam
On tap at the brewpub in Little Rock, AR. Pours a cloudy, copper-orange colored body with a finger-width, frothy, beige head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is lighter with some doughy, lightly sweetened pale malts and a light hop spice. Touches of orange in there. Flavor is better. Thin, watery feeling, somewhat doughy, lightly sweetened pale malts up front before a decent earthy and herbal hop spice comes in that gives off a slight orange resin. Finishes dry and moderately bitter with a firm hopping in comparison to the thin malts. Lengthy aftertaste following a thin body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, this wasnít bad, but it was on the thinner side. Decent hopping and bitterness actually made this somewhat interesting, but there wasnít a lot going on. No one in the entire restaurant knew the ABV%, but Iíd guess it was around 4.5%. Eh...

Thin, grainy pale malts with some corn and a touch of grassy fruitiness. Finishes slightly creamy with a very light grassy bitterness before leaving a short aftertaste. Smooth, clean, light body and a somewhat creamy, moderate carbonation. Overall, very boring, but not a bad example of the style. Pretty nice looking with a fairly creamy palate and a light grassy fruit note.
