Goldfinch Brewery (Dorset Brewing) Reviews

yngwie	3.2 Goldfinch Midnight Sun Cask at the brewpub. Golden, non-carbonating, with some white bubbles on top. Malty aroma with lots of floral hops and citrus. Fruity flavor with a good deal of citrus, and maybe a bit low on maltyness. Thin to medium, mellow mouthfeel and a citrus-dominated finish. Quite pleasant. (060711) Wednesday, July 26, 2006
