imdownthepub	3.3 Langton Widebeam Cask conditioned at the Wellington, Birmingham. Copper with off white head. This proved to be a malt led beer from the off, there is a slight metallic note, some bitterness. It's a drying beer throughout with a dry caramel note. It's fine. Friday, February 2, 2024
steveddy	3 Langton Caudle Bitter Bottle brought down from mate Ollie who lives in Desborough. Pours gold with reasonable head. Nose of fuggles for sure, with hints of caramel. Grassy, earthy and slightly spicy. Fairy light mouthfeel. Bitterness hits first, then an undercurrent of toffee malt. Bitterness finishes it off. More golden ale than trad bitter? jjsint	2.8 Langton Grand Union Coffee Stout 330ml bottle bought from the Offie, Leicester and drunk at home. Very dark brown, only a sliver of translucency and almost no head. Coffee, papery notes, roasted malts in the aroma. Tastes sweet, more coffee, a little bit of cigarette ash. Little bit of chocolate notes in the bitter finish. Light carbonation. Hmm.
