Hofbrau Premium Light Beer
Straw yellow color with a grainy aroma. Flavor of grain and malt. Not much of a difference between this and the regular lager.

Southern California Screaming Lobster Lager
Clouded pale yellowy appearance, Heaily carbonated, moderate head formation. Malty, honey aroma, slightly skunked (albeit sold at the source). Sweet malty palate, not much bite. Unspectacular.

Hofbrau Superior Pilsner
Not a fan. Has a little bitterness but nothing else. Wouldn’t get this again and sorry I got it the first time. Making a pils is a tough job... people can get crappy pilseners for practically nothing, so if they are going to pay more for one it had better be good. This wasn’t.

Hofbrau Superior Pilsner
Yay! what...oh, this is just like everything else. Um, well I was only using this one as a palate cleanser anyway. Now onto the good stuff.

Hofbrau Superior Pilsner
An authentic Pils, and light, as they always are. Definite bitterness (pleasant), but no discernible hop taste, to me. Draft. A "pretty good" beer, nothing more.

Southern California Buckhorn Bock Beer
Pretty good stuff. The higher alcohol content packs a punch that would cause you not to want to drink too many, but for a bock beer, this was decent. I'd have rated it higher, but bock beers just aren't really my thing..
