drpimento	3.3 Wyder's Imperial Grapefruit Aromas and flavors are a mild blend of grapefruit and apple. Grapefruit is just slightly bolder. A bit more sweet than tarte with okay body and carbonation. Grapefruit slightly edge out the apples in the taste. Overall the two fruits are in harmony and offer a pleasant, refreshing flavor. Wednesday, July 26, 2023

tmoreau	3.6 Wyder's Pear Draft at Ellyn's Tap & Grill in Glen Ellyn, IL. dispensed to a large snifter displaying a clear & bright, slightly golden tint, with rising, bubbly effervescence, a light layer of white froth that quickly reduced to a thin ring, and minimal spots of lacing. The nose was expressive pear & apple. Light to medium bodied, the taste was the same fruitiness, tart & tangy, with lively carbonation. Clean, not too sweet, and very refreshing. cheap	3.2 Wyder's Prickly Pineapple Almost clear from a bottle with just a barely perceivable yellow tint. Sweeter coconut & pineapple aroma. First taste is better than than the nose. Easy going at the commencement with a followup of off apple farm taste. Odd apple cider finish. Not as sweet in the flavor as I was expecting, much better. Not bad. Good co2 all round. Not as sweet as apple cider, Wyder's Pear Cider is dry and tastes slightly sweet. It's wonderful paired with crackers and cheese and perhaps some grapes. Wonderful for a nightcap. I love it! It was drinkable but I won’t buy it again. The only thing I can say is it didn’t leave a bad after taste. Oh, and the foam was a pretty pink - if you like that sort of thing. Sheese.
