Blues Pub Doppelbock
Cloudy orange color. Fudge aroma, a bit fruity (apricots, plums, grapes), wallnuts. Very interesting and original, malty and fruity, with caramel, sweet, and correct final. Really original good doppelbock.

Blues Pub Pils
Blond color, creamy head. Nice Saaz aroma. Thin and sweet body, a bit fruity.
Sampled just at the end of the fermentation, still young.

Blues Pub Ale
Light amber color. Light fruity (malt and quite strong yeast) aroma. Malt, caramel, fresh fruitness, sweet. Pleasant sweet Pale Ale, a light version.

Blues Pub Strong Ale
Cloudy copper color. Too cold. Nice fruitness in the aroma and flavor; the aroma is suspect, but the taste is well malty, sweet, full, a bit alcoholic, and finishes with some sweet caramel and a correct hopping, leaving an aromatic touch. Yeasty.
