Keg. Perfect example of this style big citrus, pine and tropical fruit flavours throughout. Its like a fruit salad of a beer in a good way. One of the best APA’s I have had at sub 5%. Definitely Mosaic Hop is leading all the way through this which I love.

Red Squirrel American Mild
Cask. Aroma rich caramelized malts. Pours dark copper with white top that curtains the sides. The taste is more modest: Biscuit and soft fruits with a medium weight on the palate and a lingering sweetness. Not sure what is American about it save the colour. But a decent mild all in all

Red Squirrel The Mad Squirrel American Pale Ale
Cask at The Bishop Langley, Durham, £3.25/pint. *AT 4.7% ABV* Pours a slightly hazy mid-amber with a small, snowy, white head. There’s appealing citrus and tutti frutti in the aroma. The taste is mouth-puckeringly dry up front but a sweetness develops onto a mid-length finish meaning the overall impression is well balanced. It’s smooth sipping with citrus, pine and leafy herbal character. Fresh, balanced and tasty.

Jeden z najleszych Milk Stoutów jakie piłem. Stopień gładkości i kremowości był w nim wręcz niebywały. Akcenty mleka, czekolady, paponych słodów i kawy. Czarny w kolorze o umiarkowanej kremowej pianie, która zostawiała liczne wąsy na szkle.
