Mild rezent, mastig. Listening to Marc Riley on 6Music. Reddy/brown, good clarity with a small off white head. Aroma suggests sweetness to come in the mouth with caramel, molasses and a hint of whisky. Sweet really full bodied, smooth, warming and with a nice mouthfeel. Caramel, treacle a little hit of alcohol, but this is a very good eisbock. Thursday, May 13, 2021
