944play	3.7 Fearless Loki Red Ale Draft at M Bar. Deepest amber, just off bright, medium ecru head, and copious lacing. Raisins, Grape-Nuts, and faintly minty nose. Crunchy malt and plummy sweet notes meet a wall of brawny but balanced bitterness. Hides its proportions despite a plus sized body, but the finish is dominated by resinous coagulants. Reid	3.5 Fearless Thor's Hammer 16 oz. single can from Capital Market in Salem OR. $2.99 Pours a darker burnt orange colour the beer is partially hazy..lovely huge thick and frothy cream coloured head. Aromas of pine woods and orange groves! Orange peel and pine hopping..strong caramel malt back bone. This is a malt driven IPA in the taste yes the pine is there but the malts are on show..nice chewy toffee/caramel..the pine/orange hopping takes over for a bit at the end. Has a certain old style/English feel. Mouth feel is fine for the style//medium carbonation medium to heavy body. Not a modern IPA at all..this could be 1995..but its fine enough. Reid	4.1 Fearless Porter " London Style Stock Porter" 5.8% alc now 16 oz can from Capital Market in Salem OR $10 a 4 pack Fantastic looking beer. Dark brown with a great frothy thick beige head. Aromas of semi sweet chocolate, mild coffee, hazelnuts and aniseed ( minor). Taste similar to the aroma..with a nice dark fruity finish.. Mouth feel is very English style like the blurb suggests..thin but far from boring. Makes this an easy drinking porter. Very nice traditional porter. Saturday, May 9, 2020

hman43	3.8 Fearless Thor's Hammer It pours golden and is very clear. It has a slightly off white head with moderate head retention. The initial aroma is very strong with grapefruit. There is also some low orange in the background. It has other citrus notes and a slight grainy note as well. It has a combination of grapefruit, citrus and pine with a slight bit of grainy sweetness to it. It has a medium body with moderate bitterness in the finish. hman43	3.5 Fearless Loki Red Ale It pours dark amber with an off white head. The clarity is good. There is a moderate caramel aroma. There are also some low cherry notes with a bit of spice and slight pine. The flavor are moderately high with caramel. There is a bit of spice in the background with low cherry and floral. The pine is very low. It has a moderate body with moderate bitterness. There is a slight bit of harshness in the finish. It has a moderate body and moderate carbonation. It is also somewhat creamy. Overall, a very nice blend of malt flavors with a touch of other elements. It is slight sweet and easy drinking. 5000	3.4 Fearless Peaches and Cream Can: Pale straw, slight haze, thin soapy white head, little lacing. Sweet peaches and/or apricot on the nose. Smells like those peach gummies. Soft peach/apricot on the tongue, very light sweetness, a touch mealy on the backside. Peaches linger through the finish. Clean, albeit a little mealy. Peaches brighten the aroma and are prominent in the flavor, with more jam in the nose and peach cider in the mouth. Summary: Once I saw "ale with ARTIFICIAL flavor" on the side of the can, I became immediately skeptical. tatinek	2.6 Fearless Loki Red Ale Poured from can an amber color with red tinge. Sweetish aroma of caramel malt and ETOH. Taste is malty and a bit bitter however the alcohol is quite noticeable in this one. You might feel the hand of Loki spinning you just a bit if you drink this one rapidly. It is difficult to get a balanced beer with this much ETOH and I would call it out of balance. It’s a bit on the cheap malt liquor end of the scale. I would not buy a second one. neepsntatties	3.7 Fearless Old Fearless No. 1 On tap at the 2015 Portland Holiday Ale Fest. Colour...deep golden amber with a thin white head. Nose...caramel, toffee and freshly baked biscuits. Palate...dry, but sweet, with hearty notes of dark Scottish toffee and Werther’s toffee. There’s some spent grain on the mid palate and then some oxidised flavour in the back.
