4 Titletown Where The Helles Spring 16oz can. Really nice, true to style. European malts shine. This is really solid stuff, wish Titletown would lean harder into their lagers, as they can really nail them. All out classical feel. Great balance. Really good stuff. Sunday, June 4, 2023

3.4 Titletown Tundra Tropics 16oz can. ABV is where I like it. El Dorando and Strata show, Strata of course sort of dominating as it does. Citra just to meh it out. OK, but drinks likes a Session IPA, sort of hollow. Not that impressive for the style. Tuesday, May 30, 2023

3.5 Titletown Baia Verde 16oz can. Earthy. Some lemon-lime tones. Really getting a lot of vegetal, earthy tones from the hops. True to style somewhat, but a little unique and different touches. Enjoyable. Wednesday, May 24, 2023

4.2 Tundra Tropics Pretty good beer, maybe the best I've had from these guys yet. Aromas are okay leaning resin. Flavors are kicking it, good balance between sweet, carbonation and low bitter. Plenty of citrus with some pineapple maybe a bit of orange. Touch of weed in there too. Nice beer. Wednesday, May 17, 2023

4 Titletown Wild At Tart: Blueberry Lemon 16oz can. Murky real looking blueberry touched greyed purple body. Thin, steady head. A pretty solid sour, the real fruit makes all the difference...no sticky, artificial, candy tones. Really well made for the style. Good stuff. Monday, May 15, 2023

3.8 Titletown Redrum 12oz can. Big, bold, rich. The rum isn't too boozy thankfully, and adds a lot of oak tone too. Hefty malts, cherry vanilla amber malt tones. Full bodied. Good stuff. Tuesday, May 2, 2023

3.4 Titletown Johnny Blood Red Appearance: Pours a clearish, dark amber-brown body with a medium-sized, ivory-hued head. Modest lacing. Smell: Earthy, dry toastiness that even leans just a bit towards roasty. Particularly subtle chocolate powder, reddish fruits. Taste: Fairly dry with just a squeak of sweetness in amongst the toasty, lightly roasty grains and scattered nut shells. Herbal, earthy hop hints. Stray red berry accent. Finishes firmly dry with a lingering light roastiness. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-light carbonation. Overall: It'll do. Tuesday, April 11, 2023

3.7 Titletown Sappy Love Story 12oz can a year out from canning. Pretty solid for what it is: a Maple Rye Barleywine. Mild hop bill, overall pretty easy drinking for the ABV. Rich and smooth, not unlike a Wheatwine. Big malt undertones. Good. Sunday, September 18, 2022

3.4 Titletown Dark Helmet Schwarzbier The smoke was still lingering when a draft of this dark beauty was delivered to the table. The coffee and chocolate in that aroma both peeked out from behind the smokiness. The taste was smooth and sweet with just a faint hint of bitterness in the finish. Sunday, November 28, 2021

2.8 Titletown Green 19 IPA Forgot to look at the canned on date when I picked this up recently. Just did now and it's early December of last year and the quality shows. Aromas are stale hops and likewise for the flavors. Monday, October 5, 2020

4 Titletown / Lakefront Ludicrous Lager Growler from the brewery. Imperial Schwarzbier. Really quite enjoyable. Sweet, but also has a lagered out smoothness to it. Retains a schwarzbier feel, even with the big ABV. Roasty, rich, deep chocolate malt tones. A lot of depth, cocoa chocolate roast. Really good. Friday, March 22, 2019

2.7 Titletown Hopulation The store put their own barcode sticker over the best by date which was one February. I bought it on the 3rd. I don't have high hopes. The Aromas are stone fruit, melon and a bit of caramel malt but no hops. Flavor wouldn't be bad for an Amber ale. Hint of roast maybe from something like Vienna malt, slightly sweet with good carbonation. Again no hops. Thursday, February 7, 2019
