Das Bier aus der Dose 🏮 konnte mich aber nicht wirklich erfreuen, da es einen intensiven metallischen ⛓️🔧 Beigeschmack hatte. weizen-slayer	3.8 Welde Kurpfalzbräu Kellerbier Wie bei einem Weißbier sollte man den Bodensatz ausschütteln. Eine wunderbare Trübung ist das Ergebnis. Das Bier ist herb-fruchtig mit dezente Getreidenoten. Der Hopfen kommt nicht zu kurz, gibt klar hervorstechende Bitternoten, spart aber weitgehend mit floralen Nuancen (muss ja auch nicht sein). Bier hat einen schönen vollen Körper, bleibt dabei aber doch noch leicht und süffig. Vielleicht (aufgrund der Frucht- und Hopfenbetonung) nicht das klassischte aller Zwickl-/Kellerbiere, aber trotzdem wirklich lecker und gut. Saturday, November 25, 2023

Pours warm gold with a light hazy, mid sized creamy white head. There is a citrus twang, mostly in the form of lemon, light bitterness, easy drinking, and a good bittersweet balance. Decent. Pours copper in colour with a fast disappearing white head, fruity and resinous IPA with an impressive bitterness. I don't get the mango or pineapple, I pick up more grapefruit. SilkTork	2.7 Welde Citra Helles June 2023. Small dark bottle with sediment. I like this. Character and flavour. Solid body. I'm way more impressed than I was back in 2019. Though not so impressed that I'm going to go overboard with the scores. This is still a modest drink. However, I'd be happy to drink this again, and would be happy to make it my refreshing lager of choice, drunk at room or fridge temperature. [2.9] Sept 2019. 330ml dark bottle from BeerWulf. Quite a fat little lager with a modest lemony nip. OK for drinking in the bath. This is stuff to quench the thirst only. It's not beer to savour or think about.
