I had several other ones at this place, but don’t really want to change the comments, since they all tasted similar. DietPepsican	2.3 Becks Black Hawk Braxator Brown pour with a small white head. Aroma of coffee toffee and chocolate. Some hazelnuts and Hershey’s syrup show up. Sweet. Sweet. Sweet finish. Sunday, June 30, 2013

Pawola22	1.9 Becks Hawkeye Golden Wheat On tap at Beck’s Sports Grill in Cedar Falls, IA. Pours a murky, copper-gold colored body with a thin, tan head that dissipates quickly and leaves a light lacing. Aroma is thin wheats with a touch of lemony citrus. Flavor is similar. Thin wheats with a light citrus. A bit of a stale, sour twang as this finishes somewhat dry and papery. Short aftertaste following a thin body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty bad wheat. Pawola22	2 Becks Black Hawk Braxator On tap at Beck’s Sports Grill in Cedar Falls, IA. Pours a deep brown colored body with a thin, brown head that dissipates quickly and leaves no lacing. Aroma is thin toffees with a light sweetness. Maybe a touch of roast in there. Flavor is similar. Thin toffees with a touch of chocolate. Somewhat stale and bitter coffee roasts towards the end as this finishes somewhat dry and lightly bitter. Slight acidity in a fairly lengthy aftertaste. Thin body and a light carbonation. Overall, a pretty bad stout. Thin, somewhat harsh, and acidic. Saturday, September 29, 2012
JBANKS0205	4.7 Becks Bald E's Hefeweizen very soft taste for such a full bodied beer. excellent 40degree drinker and doesn’t comprimise +/- ten degrees. flavor is as light as it’s color while allowing becks to allow you to know what you’re drinking. i love it Thursday, May 31, 2012
BVery	1.4 Becks Bucks Light Tap at Becks. Clear ligh yellow pour with no head. Thin. Just grain and water in this one. Sunday, March 25, 2012
BVery	2.9 Becks Black Hawk Braxator Tap at Becks. Dark brown pour with a minimal head. Nose and taste is slightly burnt coffee, and a bit of toffee sweetness. Palate is a little thin. Sunday, March 25, 2012

BVery	2.3 Becks Cy's Clone Ale Tap at Becks. Pale copper pour with minimal head. Nose is mild malt. Palate is fairly thin. Taste is dusty, dirty, and mild caramel malt. Not good. Sunday, March 25, 2012

Cybercat	3.4 Becks Marzen Oktoberfest Comes out of the tap a clear, appetizing orange amber with a thin off-white head. Malty aroma has apple, pear and caramel notes and is rather sweet. Malty, fruity, somewhat sweet flavor has a hint of caramel. Texture has average body and a fair amount of fizz, leaving a tingly and fruity finish. Overall, not terrific, but worthy of at least a try. Friday, October 14, 2011
CanIHave4Beers	2.4 Becks Bald E's Hefeweizen Pours a bright orange with a nice big frothy white head and lots of lace. The aroma is soapy and fruity with some breadiness. The flavor is soapy and only mildly astringent. There is a nice bready quality and a mild spiciness. Perhaps the most on style beer that Beck’s makes. Wednesday, November 17, 2010
CanIHave4Beers	1.9 Becks Marzen Oktoberfest Pours a good hazy red color with a small well retained head and no lace. The aroma is floral with some caramel with a light buttery character. The flavor is buttery and astringent with some identifiable hop bitterness that seems odd and off balance. There is a fair bit of caramel character that causes the beer to be overly sweet. CanIHave4Beers	1.6 Becks Black Hawk Pilsner Pours a nice clear golden with a good head and some retention. The aroma has a strong diacetyl character featuring butter and butterscotch, there is barely any malt or hop profile to the aroma at all, truly astounding. The flavor is better than the aroma and only displays a mild butteriness with a bit of bready malt and a fair bit of apple. Wednesday, November 17, 2010
CanIHave4Beers	2.5 Becks Grizzly Bock Pours a very deep brown-ish almost black color with a small head that leaves a decent bit of lace. The aroma is nutty and bready with a big of odd fruity, altogether it’s a fairly faint smelling beer but it’s not bad at all. The flavor is roasty and nutty, terribly unbalanced with some mineraly and soapy notes. This could easily pass as a porter, but not a good one. Monday, December 21, 2009
CanIHave4Beers	1.8 Becks Red Dragon The bartender said this one seemed like an "odd batch" judging by the ratings it sounds like I got what everyone else here got. The beer pours a reddish brown with a big semi-loose head and some lace. The aroma is slightly malty with a little bit of butter character. The flavor is bitter and soapy, copper like and generally metallic. There are notes of rose water, apple and some herbal hoppiness. This is pretty poor. Monday, December 21, 2009

heemer77	3.4 Becks Grizzly Bock A dark amber body that is nearly ruby. The aroma was caramel with some black tea and cherries. The taste had some caramel and black tea. There was a nasty cherry syrup type finish. A much better bock than I was expecting. this was the one Beck’s beer I wouldn’t mind trying again. Tuesday, March 11, 2008
heemer77	2.1 Becks Red Dragon Umm, hoppy is in their description, but not in the beer. This was more like a bitter than most ambers I ahve tried, but I guess it’s on the more malty end of bitters. heemer77	2.1 Becks Bald E's Hefeweizen Hazy, dark gold body appraoching light amber. The aroma was classic clove and banana, but very light. The taste was banana peels with some light peanuts. heemer77	2.4 Becks Thirsty Buzzard Cerveza The body was slightly hazy light copper. The aroma was glazed donuts roses. This was possibly influenced by the place, which had a strange sweet smell overall, and by the place, I mean the brewpub. The taste was light corn meal with some marischino cherries. There was also a little bread crust. Thiss was a decent light lager that bridges the gap between pale lagers and viennas. Kind of like Huber’s Fat Cat. Tuesday, March 11, 2008

SledgeJr	1.8 Becks Fox Tail Pale Ale On tap at the brewpub. Dark gold in color with a great fluffy white head. Faint malt aroma. Sweet and malty in taste. Decent Hops, but not very strong. SledgeJr	1.7 Becks Grizzly Bock On tap at the brewpub. Mahogany red in color. Low carbonation. No head. Syrup aroma. Sweet and roasted. Flavor is very sweet. I suppose that this has higher alcohol, but right now in Iowa, that can’t mean more than 5% ABW. possibly the best beer made here, but mostly sucks. Overall, a better tasting beer than the Frog’s Leap with more of a tingle to the mouthfeel, but the diacyl mistake is discernable. Tuesday, August 2, 2005
