Light cloudy golden color with foam ring. The smell is nearly inexistent with hints of wet malt. The taste is bitter tart and has a light aggressive carbonation. The beer is however very aromatic and has a dry aftertaste.

Bottle 0,5 l from Bier.Paradies.ch. Brown with an average crackling and a short fleeting head. Aromas of malt and chocolate, cream, hop. The taste is soft, with an acidulity of red berries, hoppy notes and a little nuts. Low sugary at least, a little sourish in finale.

Colore marrone, schiuma beige abb persistente e abb fine.

Surselva La Brasserie-Laudinella Brau Weizenbier
Bottle tasted at the Laudinella Hotel in St. Moritz, Switzerland on 01/19/2012. Colour: Medium yellow with slight clouding and medium head. Nose: Hints of shoe polish, vanilla, acetone, fruit cake. Taste: Medium-light sweet, medium-light bitter, light sour. Light vanilla leads to some decent wheat coating. Touches of wood late and a porridge-like finish. Not as good as the dunkel.

Herber, in zweiter Linie seicht getreidiger Antrunk.

Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Bov. It pours a beautiful ruby beer with a decent small head. The aroma is mainly of candy sugar, lemon peel, mineral water, slight fennel and leather- interesting and inviting. Nice tartness in the taste. Medium bodied. Candy showing up. Very subtle. Resdiual sugars in the finish which is reminiscent of mineral water and fennel. An atypical Dunkel. I ejoyed this beer. Plenty of character. Thanks a lot Bov!

Terrific Beer. Aroma full of roasting chestnuts, butterscotch, and cooked hops. Wonderful taste of Crémé Brulee, roasted malt, hearty beef stew all blended together nicley. A great pour with a medium tasty head and a perfect medium brown colour. A splendid mouth feel of smooth creamy medium carbonation. A brew well worth stopping by the Hotel Laudinella for!
