J. Bello Porter Negra 3
Faint choc aroma, black in colour with poor head. Smooth, dry grainy choc taste not too much complexity, touch of liquorice and english hops. Needs to liven up a little to be good but liked it though.

J. Bello Blonde Ale 2.6
Bottle conditioned, a cloudy gold with a filmy beige head. A very yeasty and zesty citrus hop aroma. Effervescent and light, easy hopping with some fruity flavours. Quite a refreshing beer.

J. Bello Porter Negra 3.1
Bottle conditioned, a cloudy dark brown with a bubbly tan head. A tart chocolate malt aroma. An earthy bitter palate, the malty flavour only slightly toasted, with only hints of chocolate.

J. Bello Blonde Ale 2.4
Appearance: very pale blond color, semi-transparent. Little head, of white color and few persistent. Aroma: fruitiness of green apples, peaches and pears: sourness of lemon and grapefruits. Herby and citric hoppy. Pale malty odor. Flavor: highly malty, yeasty and fruitiness. Apricots, banana and red apples. Light sourness of lemon. Reminiscences of honey and sugar. Some rancid problem. Low hoppy finish. Palate: light body, semi-oily texture. Very low carbonation. Refreshing beer; but neutral and without own character.

J. Bello Blonde Ale 2.6
Bottle, in Valdivia’s city. Has a yellowish, very turbid color. The head is average, very rapid. The aroma is weak, malty and something of herbs, humid grass. In the palate it is soft enough, the masses appear and enough yeast (Too much). In the flavor there is no much, the malty is detected, but "sticky". Flour and cereals. Has a not good finish, with something of acidity. The body is light, with a just carbonation. It is not a good beer, is regular. It is better than the commercial beers of Chile, but has nothing special.

J. Bello Porter Negra 2.7
Bottle in Valdivia city. When I was in front of this beer, I was very moved because finally after so much time I was obtaining it. I get disappointed. Not if, it was for the rapidity with which I drank it, for my short trip, or because I did a lot of illusions to myself. Has a dark brown color, with some clearer lights. A normal head. The aroma is well Malty, with something of coffee and brown peanut. In the palate is the disappointment. It begins well, with brown grains, coffee and something of hop. But then has a tart end, with an acid viciousness.

Appearance: dark brown. Medium head, beige color and low persistence. Aroma: Sweet of the toast malts, highly toasty, candy, bitter chocolate and grain coffee. Reminiscence of red wine. Very sour, similar to grapefruit and pineapple. Finish with presence of hop. Flavor: unfortunately too mush citric for the style, maybe exists infection problems. In spite of this, in the taste exist the toasty of cereals, touch of coffee, chocolate and the vintage wine. Problems of sourness dominate this beer. Palate: Medium body with semi-oily texture. Low carbonation. I was waiting of this beer a good beer. But I will re-tasted in the future. (sorry for my english)

Panzerfaust
J. Bello Blonde Ale 2
Bottled at Backstage, Patio Bellavista Pours a very hazy yellow color. Head is medium, white and fast diminishing. It leaves a small film. Aroma has grassy, herbal hops but it’s mainly malty and underdeveloped. It shows notes of cereal, grains, dough, white bread and a touch of apricots. Clearly the fermentation period was too short. Flavor is very malty, cereally, unrefined. I get notes of bread, dough, cereal, some soft oranges and not much more. Again, unripe. Just a step above the typical macro pale lager. Light to medium body and medium carbonation. Dull finish and aftertaste. The texture is juicy. A kinda’ refreshing beer but boring and amateur-ish.
