Light light unclear medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, tart apples, barnyard, wood. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to light light moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart apples, barnyard, apples. teorn88	3 Seidr Dai Sir Morgannwg Blend (Draught) Barrel at GBBF 2011. Pours light golden. No head. Aroma is slightly tart with big fruity notes and some barnyard notes. Taste is fairly dry and sour with a lingering apple sweetness. Overall, quite well balanced, still lacking something in bitterness to me. Friday, August 5, 2011

downender	3.3 Seidr Dai Jenkins Red SV (Draught) Cask-conditioned at the Bunch of Grapes, Pontypridd 16/05/10. Pale gold in colour with no carbonation. Juicy pears, with a hint of honeyed sweetness before some cores and skin dryness in the finish. Very drinkable. Sunday, May 16, 2010

harrisoni	3.1 Seidr Dai Thorn SV (Draught) Bag in a box at Rare Breeds BF 08. Cloudy pale gold, no head. Cheesey pear aroma. Pretty nice pear juice in mouth and this remaining cheddar cheese flavour. Good pear fruit. Fairly dry on finish. Quite tasty, bit cheesy. Monday, June 9, 2008
Fukito	3.1 Seidr Dai Hellen's Early SV (Draught) Cask @ York Beer Fest, november 07. Slightly cloudy straw/ yellow color. Almost still. Cidery, fruity flavor with a medium dry rounded end. Medium mouthfeel, fruity palate with a medium dry but balanced and refreshing end. White grapes, fruity aroma. OK, fruity rather sweet perry. Sunday, February 3, 2008
maeib	3.6 Seidr Dai Blakeney Red SV (Draught) From the barrel - Cambridge BF. A cloudy light orangey green coloured perry. The aroma is crisp and inviting with good pears. Pretty sweet on the nose. The taste is nice and fruity. Good sweetish pears. Very easy to drink, and nice tasty flavours. Thursday, May 24, 2007
StueyD	2.4 Seidr Dai Perry - Medium Dry (Draught) A hazy, pale yellow coloured, still perry. A light, sour, fruity nose, only a tiny hint of pears though. The taste is sour and sharp, fruity again, but still no apprent pear element, apples and citrus fruit more than anything! chriso	3.1 Seidr Dai Sweet Huffcap SV (Draught) From the barrel at Reading Beer Festival, April 2006. Very pale straw colour. Lots of juicy and succulent fruit. Touches of plastic in the aroma. Otherwise it’s a pretty easygoing, dangerously quaffable, perry. Not the most demanding or complex perry but, if you like ’em sweet, this may well be for you. maeib	2.2 Seidr Dai Perry - Medium Dry (Draught) From the barrel - Peterborough BF. A gereeny white coloured cider. The aroma is slightly medicinal. There are no obvious pear notes and it’s not to welcoming. The taste is very lemony and astringent. Again no signs of pears. A bit odd and not too likable. Tuesday, August 29, 2006
