Flavour profile presents a good, natural no frills cider, oaky tannin revealing itself more on the finish with a scuzzy linger that beds itself in. Very distant woody whisky hints. Nicely done. Aroma is dry, with plenty of tannins, crisp apple skins, and a touch of funk. Flavour is bone dry and bitter, with plenty of champagne-like effervescence, gentle funk, and tannins.
