draught at the Solothurner Biertage 2008 - cloudy orange colour, little foam; aroma of sour apple and straw; light to medium-bodied, some acidity (but far less than the sample I had 5 weeks before), low carbonation; quite dry aftertaste of green apples - a bit too easy for a berliner weisse

<!-- i -->tap<!-- /i --> - almost clear golden colour with a nice white head; strong aroma of quince and hay; creamy mouthfeel, low carbonation, initial sweetness followed by a robust sourness; the finish is very dry and fruity with a persistant sourness - this beer has something genial and could qualify for a lambic
