Cave de la Loterie Cidre Bouché Fermier
Bottle from Super U Thury-Harcourt. Cooled in the fridge for two days, gushed when opened. Pours slightly unclear amber golden applejuice with a lot of active lacing and bubbles on top. Soft sweet apples, soft goaty barnyard, dry oaky tannins. Moderate sweet and bitter, light tart green apple. Medium body and quite some active carbonation. A bit muted in the interesting aromas.

Cuvée Fraîcheur. Forte carbonisation, bien mousseux, une couleur jaune clair, un arôme subtil léger. Au goût la pomme est légère, la carbonisation forte enlève le fruité. 75 Cl

Cave de la Loterie Cidre Bouché Fermier Extra Brut
Bottle shared by Jstax. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a constant supply of bubbles. The aroma and flavor have sweet apples, some additional fruit, tart, musty, dry, some acidity, apple peel, this has more going on than most ciders.

750mL Bottle. Thanks, Rob! Earthen clay, sulfur, and light banana nose. Hazy golden pour. Light sweetness up front, followed by some nice bursts of both astringency and acidity for balance. It’s got some wild funk to it, with a bit of cotton, some egginess, and lots of minerals. Balanced and rounded, vibrant, but maybe a little hairy on the fringes.

Cave de la Loterie Cidre Bouché Fermier Extra Brut
Bottle. Poured clear golden color with an average white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Moderate to heavy aroma of green apple and yeast. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium complex sweet apple flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations were met.

750 ml bottle shared by JStax - thanks again, Jeremy! Pours a cloudy yellow color with a small white head that settles into a ring. Bright, lovely pear and apple, oak, a bit of earth. Light-bodied, with high carbonation and a crisp, effervescent mouthfeel and dry finish. Very nice cider.

Bottle. Musty apple and straw aroma. Golden yellow. Sweet apple juice and lightly funky straw flavor. Very nice - pretty sweet for a extra brut cider though.

@ phaleslu’s cinci tasting. Thanks to jstax for sharing. 75cl bottle. Bottom of the label says "CLECY ~ CALVADOS", not sure if that indicates this is aged in calvados barrel or what? Not a big barrel presence in the taste, it’s subtle if so. Mildly hazy golden orange color. Thin ring of bubbly white head. Lighter body. Nice, soft, effervescent moderate carbonation. Nice dry finish. Great apple, a definite touch of that calvados it seems, a nice oaky nuance to it, comes out more as I take more sips. Lighter to moderate sweet taste, mild bitter, nice dryness. A very pleasant, complex cider.

Found at a farm shop outside Paris. Stormy light orange colour, plenty of head. Aroma is sweet apples with some sour wood stem notes. Taste is a nice mix of sour apples and wood, also some sweetness. Very dry finish. Complex, sophisticated, excellent.
