Taste is apple, fleshy, caramel, orchardy, with mellow lemony hop, some herbal notes and light tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable. minutemat	3.8 Loïc Raison Cidre & Houblons 75cl bottle. Pours an unclear, hazed caramel gold. Aroma of fleshy unfiltered apple fruit. Flavour profile is centred on caramelised apple scuzz, cider barn, fresh press pommace with a light herbal hoppy side. A touch rought, raw but good stuff overall. Monday, January 29, 2024
