A Tribbiera Embria
Orange trouble.

A Tribbiera Dea

A Tribbiera Mora

A Tribbiera Apa Cuvée Spéciale

A Tribbiera Apa Cuvée Spéciale
courtesy of Oliver Bieri - hazy dark amber colour with a solid and firm creamy beige head; a fair flowery honeyish aroma with some sourish notes; very creamy mouthfeel and with a decent malt body, a subtle carbonation and a late sourness; pretty sweet, some residual sweetness and long honeyish, flowery notes in the finish - interesting

A Tribbiera Prima
courtesy of Oliver Bieri - slightly hazy amber-orange colour with a persistent creamy beige foam; dusty nose with light sourish notes of berries; quite creamy palate with light acidic notes and some sweetness; moderate malt body; the finish is gently fruity and quite short - subtle and pretty unusual

courtesy of Oliver Bieri - slightly hazy amber-orange coloured and with a firm long lasting creamy head; correct lacework; light notes of solvent, aroma of pear and hazelnut; low carbonation and a soft palate; initially sweet and a late sourness; a decent malt backbone; the finish is corny and fruity (pear again) - interesting

A Tribbiera Dea
courtesy of Oliver Bieri - cloudy honeyish colour with a poor head retention; very yeasty aroma with notes of spices and honey; medium malt backbone and quite sour; the finish is fizzy and pretty short with notes of citrus, spices and yeast - a bit weird and I’m not sure the sourness is really controlled, but interesting and quite pleasant

50 cL bottle. Pours almost clear golden amber to brown with a slowly collapsing tan head. Solid citric to acidic bite in the nose, cinnamon and clementines. Light caramel malt yet also something really sharp. Citric and spiced flavoured with a distinct citric and smoked infection and a solid spice note into the finish. Not good.

Bottle, 5%. Thanks to beerole. Dry berry aroma, fruity and slightly citric. Almost black colour, seems cloudy. Quite citric flavour, I guess some from the fruit, but I cannot shake the feeling of infection. Strange, but almost drinkable.

Clean, slightly honey aroma; again some malt honey in the mouth, but moderate and not cloying, and just balanced by some hops. Just a touch of lemony, on the way of becoming sourness, but better than I feared - being an old bottle. One of the few beers of this brewery that is not flavoured or spiced - and up to now the one that suffered less the travel and the age.

A Tribbiera Mora
A peculiar recipe of a dark beer, dry, almost a stout, ligthly flavoured with clementine (mandarins). The result is interesting and fairly enjoyable; even the sourish note that I found also in other Tribbiera’s beers (and which I don’t know if it is there on purpose) here seems to fit in some way.

Balanced without special character, fruit barely detectable, with a sour note (not sure if it is a feature or the bottle was not at its best)
