Lowenbrau	3.4 Rezola Sidra Natural 75 cl bottle from Museo Sidra Astigarraga. @home 12-05-2015. BBD: not found. Batch: 09 (2014). In short: volatile cider. Pours quite hazy greenish with vanishing off white head. Little lacing. Fruity, apple, wet, leathery nose. Light body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is quite tart, little residual sweet notes. Volatile tartness, "fast" mouthfeel, ends tart, then gets a bit plain and finallly develops some tart aftertaste. Tuesday, May 12, 2015
