3 Campbell's Gold Melomel Plum Gold, no head. Sticky honeyish with a bit of plum. On the palate, it's some plum, a bit of honey, but it seems to have started a little added fermentation because it's got a touch of carbonation, and seems a bit wonky. Friday, October 4, 2019

3.6 Campbell's Gold Melomel Out of Eden Has a fairly dark golden-brown colour. The aroma is rich, with a lot of caramelized sugar. The apricot, to the extent it was there in the first place, seems to be absent from the aroma now, after whatever number of years this spent in an half-empty bottle in the back of the fridge. Very sweet, like rich and yummy dark honeys but also sort of one-dimensional. Some alcoholic heat, and maybe a touch of wood, but mostly this is a rich sugar bomb, and again the fruit seems gone now. My sweet tooth does appreciate this. Saturday, May 11, 2019

3.2 Campbell's Gold Cysor Gold. Not leaving a lot of legs. Kind of a toasty honey character. Mostly sweet, with a nice toasty honey note. Just a little apple accent on the palate, and this also lends a little bit of juicy acidity to the finish. Definitely more mead than cyser, but the fruit works pretty well. The base mead isn't anything special, but it's all good. Friday, October 20, 2017

3.4 Campbell's Gold Melomel Crofter's Choice (2015 Limited Edition. Saturday, September 17, 2016

2.8 Campbell's Gold Mead Mistral Dry (2016 Limited Edition. Petites bulles fines piquantes. La finale poivrée est assez persistante. Saturday, September 17, 2016

3.6 Campbell's Gold Mead Merry Mead (2015 Limited Edition.
