danlo	3.3 Hofmann Apfelwein Naturtrüb Draught at Frankfurt Apflewine Festival 2022. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, with alittle earthy funk and some tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable Tuesday, August 16, 2022
KyotoLefty	3.6 Hofmann Cidre Bottle pour at the Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival 2018. Medium gold color, flat. Warm sweet apples in the nose. Sweet honey apple flavor, a bit French, though without bubbles. Spicy, sweey, lots of honey, then a crisp, dryish finish. Lovely stuff and a great contrast to the regular schoppen wein everyone has. Martinus	3 Hofmann Apfelwein Speierling Clear yellow golden colour. Aroma of apple, apple skin, light yeasty notes. Light sweet apple flavour, light sour green apple notes, sulfite notes. Fizzy.
