beer_shepherd	3.4 Gassl Chiara Giallo carico un po' velato, forse meglio se fosse un po' più limpida. Basso cappello di schiuma bianca, L'aroma verte maggiormente su sentori luppolati terrosi e erbacei, non si sente molto la componente maltata. Il giusto, invece, è inizialmente dolce, con note leggere di miele. Il finale è equilibrato dall'amaro. Sunday, June 6, 2021
beer_shepherd	3.4 Gassl Weizen Colore tendente al marroncino, completamente velata. La schiuma è poca, inoltre in bocca si sente poco la carbonazione. Questi ultimi due elementi non sono molto positivi per una weizen. L'aroma è molto piacevole e mediamente intenso, con un equilibrio tra sentori banana dolce e garofano. Il gusto è soddisfacente, tende più alle note dolci di cereali. Corpo pieno. Sunday, June 6, 2021

Hopverdju	3.6 Gassl Bräu Pale Ale Gelukkig de notities van deze zomer teruggevonden van dit gelegenheidsbier. In de brouwerij/restaurant van ’t vat gedronken. Troebel blond tot amberkleurig bier met rijke blijvende witte schuimkraag met grotere bellen. De geur is bitterig hoppig met een honing zoetje. De smaak is bitterig. Goede carbonatie. De afronk is bitterig droog met iets zoetig. Mooie en leuke 0,75l kruik meegenomen. De prijs was wel 10 euro waarvoor ze zich zelfs verontschuldigden. Monday, December 28, 2015
Bier_Klaus	3.3 Gassl Weizen Leuchtendes Orange mit vielen kleinen CO2 Perlen. Das nur leicht trübe Bier wird bedeckt von blütenweißem dichten und stabilen Schaum. In der Nase viel Hefe, Zitrone und ein Hauch von Grapefruit. Der Antrunk beginnt mittel vollmundig und angenehm rezent. Es folgt ein spritziger Zitronengeschmack, der alles andere überlagert. Trotzdem ist das Bier nicht zu sauer, der Nachtrunk bietet eine leichte Hopfung. Das ist für sich ein schönes Weißbier, passt aber auch hervorragend zur guten Pizza vom Torggelkeller. Bier_Klaus	4 Gassl Dunkel Das zweite verkostete Bier ist das Dunkle. Rötlich braun und sehr trüb mit cremefarbenem stabilem Guinness Schaum. Wenig Geruch nach dunklem Malz, sogar feine Schokolade- und Vanille-Aromen sowie etwas Karamell kann ich erschnuppern. Es folgt ein sehr voller und angenehm rezenter Antrunk. Der Körper ist rund mit weicher Textur, etwas Röstmalzbittere in der Mitte und auch ganz zartbittere Schokolade. Der Nachtrunk endet mit deutlicher Röstmalzbittere, Röstaromen von Kaffee und etwas Hopfenherbe. Tuesday, March 24, 2015
Bier_Klaus	3.4 Gassl Chiara zurück meistens auf der Autobahn vorbei fährt. Ein Besuch lohnt sich aber nicht nur wegen der Brauerei. Wir starten die Verkostung mit dem Chiara oder Hellen. Das ist orange bis bernsteinfarben und leicht trüb mit stabiler und cremig-feiner Blume. In der Nase leicht malzig und etwas nussig oder wie Avocado. Es folgt ein sehr guter Körper mit nachfolgend guter Hopfung, die eher an ein Export erinnert. Der Hopfen ist etwas eckig, das macht den Nachtrunk auch interessant. Tuesday, March 24, 2015

JorisPPattyn	3.2 Gassl Bräu Basilika Bier Textbook white lace over cristal clear pale golden beer. Malts/grains smelling from meters away. Medicinal aroma, mannah, smelling more of lavender than of basil - but a pizza does not seem far away. Dry, grainy, and faintly spicy (more than herbs). There’s a tad oxydaion. And again, the flavour presents more of a mix of (dry) lavender and dried origan. Again wholemeal, or speltmalt. Light body, (wheat???)slickness, but flavours falling away nearly totally. Quite interesting. There was fresh basil used for this experiment, and no doubt the fresh taste has faded away importantly since. Thanks to Hans B! Saturday, March 22, 2014

fonefan	2.9 Gassl Weizen Draught @ GEIB, Grande Esposizione Italiane della Birra 2012, Nuova Fiera di Roma, via Portuense 1645, Rome, Italy 00100. Hazy - murky matt medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, caramel, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, phenol, banana, weizen yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, phenol, fruity, banana.
