jandd1983	3.4 Road Trip Brewing Sinister Rabbit On tap. It poured a brown color with an off-white head. The aroma was of malts, dark fruits and chocolate. papat444	2.8 Road Trip Brewing Sinister Rabbit Apperance: Dark brown/black body with a thin tan head (color reminds me of a frappuccino) Smell: Some hops and a burnt aroma, probably toffee. Taste: Good upfront with a moderate coffee presence (no hops) but ends a little acidic, almost astringent making for a not so great aftertaste. Not much more than that. Flavor is a decent hop/ caramel malt combo but finishes with a bit of soapiness. Finish is sweet and cloying. I don’t know the brewer or maker of this beer there are 3 different names on here. The aroma blends roasted and chocolate malts with vanilla, and the taste is mildly umami and a touch sweet with some bitter maltiness coming through in the aftertaste. The aroma was okay but not a well defined characteristics. The beer poured very well with a nice head but the taste fell flat after even a few drops. It left my palate wanting and expecting more.
