Can. Country tick thanks to Homer! Pours clear Amber hazel, small off white head, good enough lacing. Aroma is grainy, corn, roast, toffee, malt extract. Flavor is light plus sweet, very light bitter, malty, hints of grain and roast. Medium body, low acidity. Creamy mouthfeel. Not a bad beer. But of a chemical aftertaste.

Bottle from brewery to snifter. Nose is initially sulfur followed by a citrus rind aroma. Crystal clear pale gold with small white head. Taste is a mix of sweet malt sweetness and weird citrus. Kind of messy without a clear and clean fruit expression.

Can from the brewery poured into my mouth. Nose is light cracker and pils type malt. Faint grassy hops. Taste is less pleasing but not overly offensive. Light skunkiness in the flavor, some weird almost tart, or butter, or something. Not a fan of the flavor but it smells good.

Think I actually slightly preferred this to Caybrew - although a bit watery it tasted slightly cleaner, with a sweet hint. Decent enough for such a low abv lager.

As nice as it to sip any beer under a parasol on holiday looking out over a gorgeous beach...I’ve got to be objective. Light and pretty corny, but at least it did have some hop character to it. There are far worse pale lagers out there.
