Arbor The Devil Made Me Brew It
My Bottom Line:
Wooden hops and toasted malts combine alongside dark chocolate and a raisiny touch.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the brownish black.
-Roasted bitterness seals the sip.
-All flavors are harmonious.
-Mouthfeel is healthy; not too rich, not too lean for the style.

Bottle.

Arbor The Devil Made Me Brew It
568ml bottle from Favourite Beers. Almost black with a smooth one finger tan head with good retention, some big clumps of yeast at the bottom that didnít break up but that doesnít really bother me. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, a bit of chocolate, and hops you might find in an IPA, it all works quite nicely together. Taste is pretty much the same, typical malty flavours, roast, coffee bitterness, a bit of chocolate and dark fruit, and then some hoppy bitterness to finish. Good bitterness but in no way overpowering, itís really well balanced. Nice creamy mouthfeel. Black IPA? Stout? Who cares? Excellent beer, and surprisingly easy drinking.
