Zois Svetlo
Draught at the brewpub. Clear yellow, small head. Lemony nose. Dryish with overt carbonation, fairly light body and clean spritzy mouthfeel. Thereís some butter, and the low hop rate doesnít help in masking the lemon. No bitterness.

Draught at the brewpub.
After drinking Svetlo this one was quite letdown. Black coloured, atypical snow white head, vinous butterscotch nose. Sweet malty, caramel and buttery taste with notes of burnt sugar in the finish. Low carbonation, watery palate and vinous.

Draught at the brewpub.
Golden coloured, big creamy white head that went away slowly, lively carbonation. Fresh hoppy and light fruity taste with mild bitterness. Simple and very pleasant Slovenian brewpub beer. Much better than Temno.

01/08 Draught at the brewpub, murky darker reddish brown body with smaller head. Sweetish caramel, brown sugar and roasted sugar in its aroma, with some sourish grassy hops here felt probably only as it’s unpasteurized. Flavor was nice, sweetish caramel dominated with some fruitiness as well. Medium body thickness, with just a bit of carbonation. Finish was quite long and sweet sugary. I like it pretty much, but still, feels like it can be developed a bit more.

01/08 Draught at the brewpub. Murky golden bodied with long living smaller head. Peach and butter aroma, quite nice, but with odd hoppiness. Flavor is very nice as well, bittersweet with butterscotch and some light fruitiness, but unfortunately very thin bodied. So the finish was short, slightly sweet lime and peachy. Yes, it was very refreshing but I would change it in favor of fuller body which would pronounce its great flavor. So now, I would say itís a typical brewpub beer, but this one had lot of potential to be much better.
