Hrabren	3 Mahnič Pale Ale On tap at Mahnič brewpub, Kozina, shared with Ogi. Unclear dark golden, small off-white head. Aroma is buttery, malty, earthy and lightly herbal. Light body, soft carbonation, creamy texture. Light herbal bitterness. Bland buttery, malty, stale, bready and earthy flavour. Moderately lasting bitter finish, unfortunately not very pleasant. klukas	2.8 Mahnič Pale Ale Enjoyed: On tap, into English pint tulip glass. Appearance: Amber colour; medium head which soon fades to smaller one with nice lacing. Aroma: Very gentle aroma of sweets and hops, but also there is something “undefined” smelly. Palate: Medium body, moderate carbonation. Taste: Malt, grains, bread, gently sweet, caramel, gently bitter aftertaste. Overall impression: Quite good but for better impression aroma should be stronger. Wednesday, November 25, 2020

MarkoNm	2.5 Mahnič Svetlo Pours a quite clear pale yellow color, topped with a hefty white head that quickly settles to only a small cover. Mostly bready aroma, moderate, but very easy to pick up. Taste is very sweet and bready, just a pinch f bittery notes in the finish. Not bad, but way too sweet for me. Nice try anyway. Wednesday, December 10, 2014

Trolleo	2.3 Mahnič Temno Cloudy dark brown color, small off-white head. Aroma? Well, infected cabbage. Something that gross can obviously come only from Slovenia (no offense, I’m saying that after trying couple of infected Vizirs). Taste is, on the other hand, quite passable. Roasted malts, some caramel, not bad. Again, sour notes, but more sweetness. Creamy texture, flat to soft carbonation, thin to medium body. Sweet finish. Kita	3.1 Mahnič Svetlo Draught, 0.3l. Clear golden color with medium thick and creamy white head and lively carbonation. Pleasant barley malt aroma, some grassy hops and lots of honey. Taste is malty, a bit too sweet, maybe also because of honey, while finished with gentle grassy bitterness. Medium body, thick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Taste starts with sweet maltiness and is followed with light roast, however I miss hops in the aftertaste. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate.
