1.5 Tajano Pale Ale Tasted as a sample at Malloco Oktoberfest, it was a big dissapointment. Clearly contaminated, bad taste, bitter and citric at the same time, and bad aroma (close to rotten eggs). They have to be more careful in the process, otherwise, we’re not perceiving its real flavor. Maybe it’s not that bad, but as long as the results are like this, it has no chance to survive. 1.9 Tajano Pale Ale Sabor a descompuesto....buena espuma pero que perdura poco, muchos sedimentos flotando (no eran levaduras). Mal aspecto general. Se notaba un sabor salobre...mala cerveza Tuesday, April 29, 2008

2.4 Tajano Montina Pours a hazy dark amber/brown with a big beige head that presents medium retention and leaves a small lacing. Aroma is fruity with dense herbal hops giving notes of grass and cedar. There is an omnipresent smell of sweet citrus (oranges, tangerines) and small hints of apricots and peaches with a slight touch of wood. Flavor is a weak point. It is slightly sweet but overall watery with an obvious infection problem that gives a flat tartness in the end. Some apple flavors here and there are discernible accompanied with lemony traces. Body is medium and carbonation is low. Finish is dull, boring and rather tart. Aftertaste is bearable. This beer needs some serious refinement to have some worth but maybe the previous reviewers have been a little too harsh. 1.8 Tajano Porter Has a dark brown color and, a medium and permanent head. This beer does not smell very well, has a bad aroma. In the palate, the thing is still equal. There is something of malty, mixed with fruit-bearing flavors. But all of them are extinguished by the final acidity. Or it is a very bad, or this beer infected. Wednesday, August 1, 2007

2 Tajano Montina Has a amber color, with sparkles orange. The head is of a turbid white, an Average and rapid. The aroma is to wet paper, (rotten paper), bad. In the palate there is malt, but there is too much caramel, very sweetly. The body is very slight and watery. I have a doubt, but I believe that it is a very bad beer. Wednesday, August 1, 2007

1.5 Tajano Pale Ale A color has amber, something orange. An average and rapid head. The aroma is sweet, with something of hoppy. Really I believe that this beer is bad. In the palate it has enough malty, and is fruit-bearing. But immediately the taste becomes mellow. The body is slight and watery. I am not capable of continuing drinking this beer. Probably try it in another opportunity. Wednesday, August 1, 2007

1.6 Tajano Pale Ale Appearance: amber orange color. Medium head, ivory color, low persistency. Aroma: sweet, caramels malts and very yeasty. Fruitiness of peaches and red apples. Citric-fruity of orange and lemon. Floral hoppy. Sweet, citric and fruity. Flavor: Unfortunately rancid, maybe for infection problems. However, malts, candy and yeast smells is perceptible. Similar to butter. Low hoppy finish. Palate: Light body, watery texture. Medium carbonation. My experience with “Tajano beers” is very unfortunate, alls with infection problems. 1.7 Tajano Montina Appearance: amber copper turbid. Medium head, ivory color and medium persistency. Aroma: Excessive yeasty and rancid. Candy, bread and vanilla touches. Fruitiness of peaches and tangerines. Note of vintage wine (the rancid problem?). Flavor: Maybe infection problems for the rancid taste. However, I recognized candy, toasty malts, raisins and ripe fruits notes. Too much sweet. Finish with medium hoppy. Palate: Light body and watery texture. Low carbonation. That’s such a disappointment!. I hope to obtain a new bottle without infection problems. Wednesday, July 11, 2007

1.8 Tajano Porter Appearance: Dark brown with reddish tones. Medium head, beige color and medium persistent. Aroma: Unfortunately I tasted two bottles that had infection problems, with extreme sourness. However, I recognize fruity of plums, berries and raisins. Presence of toasted cereals, smoked and sweet chocolate. Flavor: Sourness from the infection problems. Presence of toasted grains, candy, plums and berries. Palate: Medium carbonation. Light body, too much for a porter, watery texture. I hope to obtain other bottle, but without infection problems. Thursday, July 5, 2007
