Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, wood, sweet vinegar, horse blanket. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart apple, apple, riped apples, sour apples, dry, sweet vinegar notes.
