Polycask at GBBF 2012, Kensington Olympia 09/08/2012 Big fruit aroma. Golden coloured a little sweet on the palate and fruity. A little dryness in a tannin finish.

[ As Portslade Wild Thing Cider Dry ].
ABV: 7.5%. Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, wood, sweet vinegar, horse blanket. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart apple, apple, riped apples, sour apples, dry, sweet vinegar notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120809]

Canister@GBBF2012 (7% abv). Orangeish golden colour, small head. Aroma is apples, sweet and wooden notes with some mild vanilla as well. Flavour is fruity apples, some dry wood and mild yeasty and vanillaish notes.
