Schlenkerla29	3 Gut Darß Bullenbräu Vom landwirtschaftlichen „Erlebnis-Hof Gut Darß“ auf der gleichnamigen Halbinsel stammt dieses Bier, welches eingeschenkt tatsächlich ein Erlebnis verspricht. Bernsteinfarben, minimal getrübt und mit einer cremigen Bilderbuch-Schaumkrone ausgestattet dürfte es wohl keinen Bierfreund kalt lassen. Ein äußerst hopfenaromatischer Duft und ein ebensolcher Antrunk tun ihr Übriges. Dabei stechen deutliche und aromatische Untertöne von dunklem Malz durch, die das Bier jedoch nicht etwa süß oder gar malzlastig ausfallen lassen. Der Mittelteil fügt sich harmonisch an und entwickelt einen respektablen Aromakörper. Der Hopfen zieht gegen Ende hin alle Register und lässt das Bullenbräu merklich nachbittern. Nachbetrachtend finde ich es eigentlich schade, dass das Gut Darß lediglich dieses eine Bier offeriert … Sunday, January 15, 2023

Interesting typical Piña-Colada aroma in the nose, the mix of coconut and pineapple is in the beer as well, but not sweet. Very interesting, not artificial, moderate bitter on a nice dry beery body. The Blueberries are there, the beer in the back with a malty body. The bitterness is too unround for the dry tart fruitiness. Seems to be very unbalanced... Sad, as the aroma separate are not bad...
