Attaque en bouche légèrement acide avec une carbonisation forte mais très fine. Confirmation aromatique du côté cuivré. Longueur en bouche rapide. Bière légère (5,5%) mais qui a du corps. La carbonazione è nella norma. Il colore è ambrato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In impressioni di caramello, miele, cereali e arrostito.
