Ungstrup	2.2 Stader Gertrude Schwarz Draft. A hazy red-brown beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of smoke and hints of butter. The flavor is very sweet with primary notes of roasted malt, but also lighter notes of butter, bread, and caramel, leading to a dry and slightly buttery finish. Saturday, February 11, 2012

The aroma has notes of brewmash as if it hasn’t finish fermenting combined with notes of caramel, straw, and grain. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, burnt chocolate, nutty notes, light fruity - berry. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, chocolate malt, nutty, caramel, dry finish, roastred, licorice.
