Cientos Bia Vàng (Yellow Beer)
Hazy dark straw. A nice thin head and lacing. Extracty aroma with just a little hop and malt. Low bitterness. Light diacetyl and vague doughy malts.

Cientos Bia Đen (Dark Beer)
Dark brown with thick head. The aroma has hints of chocolate, but also extracty esters. Thin, homebrewish with limited malt character. A little fizzy. Vague nuttiness, but that’s about it.

Cientos Bia Đen (Dark Beer)
Draft @ brewpub. Nearly black with thick beige head. Aroma is coal and coffee. The palate is quaffable and dry and finishes nicely and clean. The flavors are like the aromas, with mild coffee roast. Good drinkability.

Cientos Bia Vàng (Yellow Beer)
Draft @ brewpub. Nice coppery color, orange-gold with lacy white head. Nice clean hoppy aroma is grassy. the bitterness carries through to the flavors. However, the palate is sticky and tacky and diacetyl comes out noticeably as it warms. Still the spicy hops are nice.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden, firm creamy head. Light lemony yeasty nose. Sweet and minerall, lightly spicy with signs of beginning infection. Light-medium bodied with some hay-like late bitterness.

Cientos Bia Đen (Dark Beer)
Draught at the brewpub. Very dark brown, small beige head. Herbal cardamom aroma. Sweetish and a tad yeasty. Light bodied, very astringent with resiny metallic finish. A bit thin and unbalanced.
