2.6 Brauhaus Yasmine Dunkel This is a new brewery in Tunisia, with a location @ the Yasmine Beach Resort where the Brauhaus is part of the resort. They had five beers on the menu, but I only got to taste two of them. I got a small tour around the brewery, which contains two Mash tanks, one filtering and four maturing tanks in the back. Draught @ Brauhaus Yasmine. Average creamy off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Pitch black color. Aroma of mild sour malt, roasted malt, butter and a hint of sweet chocolate. Mild sweet fruity notes as well. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of bitter and acidic notes. Mild sweet buttery and fruity finish.
