Really odd deep grassy thistle notes; earth, sap, fair finishing bitterness. Smooth, strange and green (flavoured) with bobbing bits of sweetcorn. Pale gold and lacy; low to flat condition. The flavour is medium bitter with massive coffee, dark chocolate, malt and some rich fruit with a hint of spicy bitterness on the palate. A super beer packed with flavour that really grew on me. The taste is grapefruit, lime, pomello, light bitterness, touch of spice, floral notes and straw with a dry, pithy finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Drinkable and rounded hoppy golden. DruncanVeasey	3.5 Little Ale Cart Cicero 2 pint+ takeout the missus fetched me from The George and Dragon, Stoke Golding and had chilled awaiting my delectation when I got home from work Sunday night/Monday morning. What a woman. Pale gold with a loose subsiding collar. Nose pineapple jelly, lemon and lime wine gum, Tripel-like fruitiness, urinal cake. Lean and punchily hopped as is the LAC way; grapefruit and lemon zest hop softened with crumbs of biscuit and cream cracker. Soapy, tropical, bitterly floral like leftover wedding reception Citra left on the patio a couple of weeks. Monday, April 22, 2013
