Little Ale Cart Leslie Runciman
Shabby post-Hinckley BF pint at The George and Dragon, Stoke Golding, 13/09/13. Forthright nose of juicy grass, marmalade and pine sap. Really odd deep grassy thistle notes; earth, sap, fair finishing bitterness. Smooth, strange and green (flavoured) with bobbing bits of sweetcorn. Pale gold and lacy; low to flat condition. Out of character for LAC but still pretty decent.

Little Ale Cart Old Black Nose
Cask at The Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a crude oil black colour with a frothy tan head. The aroma is weak, dry, malty and with fruity notes. The flavour is medium bitter with massive coffee, dark chocolate, malt and some rich fruit with a hint of spicy bitterness on the palate. A super beer packed with flavour that really grew on me.

2 pint+ takeout the missus fetched me from The George and Dragon, Stoke Golding and had chilled awaiting my delectation when I got home from work Sunday night/Monday morning. What a woman. Pale gold with a loose subsiding collar. Nose pineapple jelly, lemon and lime wine gum, Tripel-like fruitiness, urinal cake. Lean and punchily hopped as is the LAC way; grapefruit and lemon zest hop softened with crumbs of biscuit and cream cracker. Soapy, tropical, bitterly floral like leftover wedding reception Citra left on the patio a couple of weeks.
