Nov 26, 2009 Bottle. Pours a dark golden color with a foamy three finger off-white head. Aroma was yeasty and lightly hopped with wheat, citrus and some spices. Flavor was light citrus, fruit, yeast and had some subtle spices with a dry bitter hoppy finish.

Nov 25, 2009 Bottle ( 12oz ). Clear light amber with a large quick-diminishing fizzy-frothy off-white head. Dry, pungently grassy aroma, some coriander, mild sweetness, and a bit of alcohol. Taste follows, add some green apple; bingo! Average, somewhat syrupy mouthfeel, dry, a bit astringent, increasing dry spicy grassiness ... I like it quite a bit.

Nov 23, 2009 Bottle: Poured a bright golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry hops with some nice light fruity ester and some grain is also noticeable. Taste is also a very nice mix between some cereal and dry hops with a light fruity touch in the finish – I very much appreciated the hops presence and this was somewhat reminiscent of DDC Derničre Volonté thought a notch below overall.

Nov 23, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy, amber color with a large, frothy white head. Lacing is above average. Aromas of peach, pare, herbs, and some light malts. Lively mouthfeel with a slick, creamy finish. Tastes of light sweetness, medium bitterness, and toasted malts.

Nov 23, 2009 Lightly hazed deep gold. Aroma was vaguely of Belgian spice, some banana esters. making themselves known. Flavor matched, with a drying hop bitterness on the end. Not bad, just didn’t love it. Glad to be able to try this one thanks to Taco Mac Metropolis in Atlanta.

Nov 21, 2009 Poured copper haze in color with some white pillow-ee head that was short lived. There was a light hop presence. Overall there was a sweet malt to this light to medium bodied ale with an average finish and not as balanced.
