Decidedly roasty on the nose with a bit of citrus peeking out. Think of espresso with lemon peel. We used some caramel rye as well, which lends a nice molasses note. Sorachi Ace hops were used as the sole hop: in the mash tun, first wort hop and bittering adds. 6 percent ABV. 48.9 IBU.
